A flexible and long-term approach to investment

We know that the future is hard to predict, so we follow three guiding principles we believe are fundamental in driving success at every stage of a company’s journey.

1 / Think long term

We are not exit obsessed. We believe that if you build a great business then the future opportunities will emerge. We never put a deadline on any of our partnerships and believe that artificial timelines restrict flexible growth. Our philosophy is to find great businesses who have demonstrated a viable business model, then help their founders to maximize the opportunity and manage the company as it grows.

2 / Be hands-on

We believe that capital is only part of the solution for businesses looking to scale. We offer our network of advisors and entrepreneurs to our partners to help them with business operations. We are hands on and more than happy to get intimately involved when needed, as an advisory team we have all run and exited start up companies so can speak from experience. We know how hard running a business can be at times.

3 / Focus on people

We maintain that a business is nothing without its people. This means that we look for management teams who not only demonstrate drive, but the ability to build a culture that will stand the test of time. We want to be part of companies that are great places to work, where colleagues are treated fairly and with transparency. We feel that this helps create long term value and is critical for success.
